Minolta Hi-Matic G
I bought this camera rather cheap recently when i saw it at an auction site. Mostly because i was disappointed with the Canon A35F and still wanted a small analog camera that would fit in my pocket. The Canon takes pretty decent and very sharp pictures but is severely limited by it's automatic exposure. The Minolta Hi-Matic also has automatic exposure but still seemed more flexible. It's quite a bit smaller than the Canon which was also a selling point. but it only has scale focusing which is a bit of a downer. All in all, a compromise just like any other camera.

The fact of the matter is that i haven't actually used this camera yet. To my defense finding batteries for it is no simple thing. Since it's automatic i can't cheat and use my external light meters either. I'm still not sure how to find proper batteries for this camera, it seems that a modified hearing aid battery is as close as i can get. I will try to find something because this camera really is delightful. It's beautiful and feels very solid, and it really is very small and compact.
