Australia December 2001 - January 2002
For a month between mid-December and mid-January i visited Australia. Here are four sets of pictures from that trip, a trip where i took about 400 photos.

Singapore December 2001
On the way to Australia we stopped over in Singapore for three days. We got the chance to see the town, visit the famous zoo and look at the sites. Never before or after have i visited a place that felt so unreal. Everything seemed brand new, clean and well-ordered in a way i didn´t think possible. Whether it´s Utopia or Orwell´s 1984 is not up to me to decide.

Victoria december 2001
Most of my time in Australia was spent in Melbourne, Victoria. There we lived with relatives and made shorter trips. Here are some photos from that area.

Tasmania January 2002
Tasmania had always been one of those places on the world map that i wondered about, and honestly i never thought i´d get the chance to visit. But suddenly there i was. I looked a nature and wildlife and i also visited the old prison colony Port Arthur.
